The apothem service is a technical automation tool that allows users to automatically replicate trading signals on their own exchange account, via API keys provided and controlled by the user themselves.

Use of this service is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user. Any investment decision remains under the exclusive responsibility of the user.

05. No Fund Custody

apothem never holds its users' funds at any time. Users' cryptocurrencies and financial assets permanently remain on their own exchange account. apothem cannot, under any circumstances, withdraw funds, transfer them to third-party accounts, or convert them.

The API keys entrusted to apothem are strictly limited to read and trading permissions. Withdrawal permission is neither required nor used by the platform.

All elements constituting the apothem platform are protected by intellectual property law, including:

• The source code, architecture and technical structure of the platform;
• The algorithmic trading strategy and associated signals;
• The graphical interface, design, visual identity and visual elements;
• Texts, editorial content, documentation and tutorials;
• The trade name, logo and visual identity "apothem".

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation of these elements, even partial, without the prior written authorisation of the publisher, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement sanctioned by applicable intellectual property law.
