These ToS govern access to and use of the apothem platform. By creating an account or using the Service, the User declares to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these ToS in their entirety.
If the User does not accept these terms in full, they must immediately cease using the Service and close their account.
These ToS constitute the contract binding the User to the Operator and take precedence over any prior verbal or written communication.

apothem does not provide investment advice. No performance guarantee is given, explicitly or implicitly. The trading signals relayed by apothem do not constitute investment recommendations. The User takes full responsibility for their decision to use the Service.

The User is solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to gains generated through the use of the Service. apothem does not provide tax advice. Tax regulations on crypto-assets vary by country and change frequently — consult a qualified tax advisor for your personal situation.
The User's API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 (Fernet). They are never stored in plain text and never transmitted to third parties.
The User must only provide API keys with trade permissions only — no withdrawal permissions. The User is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from providing keys with inappropriate permissions.

apothem's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the User in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
All elements of the apothem platform (interface, code, strategy, brand) are the exclusive property of the Operator. No license or right of use is granted beyond what is strictly necessary for using the Service.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of ToS violation, illegal activity, or at its sole discretion, with notice where reasonably possible. The User may close their account at any time by contacting support@apothem.fr.
The Operator may modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 15 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these ToS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
